Privacy Policy

Who I am

This website and my newsletter are run by Lina Jurgilė, a self-relationship and mindset mentor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I am responsible for your personal information. You can reach me at info@linajurgile.com.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, so I can reply to you.
• Email list and free resources (for example the Triple Reset Self-Check): your email address, first name if you give it, when and where you signed up, and which emails you open and which links you click.
• Instagram: when you comment a keyword on my posts or send me a direct message, I receive your Instagram username, an Instagram user ID, the text of your message or comment and, if you choose to send it, your email address.
• Bookings and purchases: discovery calls are booked through Calendly and digital products are sold through Payhip. They collect what is needed for the booking or payment under their own privacy policies; I never see your full card details.
• I do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

How I use it

I process your information because you gave consent (for example when signing up), to answer your requests, or because of my legitimate interest in running and improving my business. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

• To reply to your messages and booking requests.
• To send you the free resource you asked for and the emails that come with it.
• To send my newsletter about my work, programs and events, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To reply automatically on Instagram when you comment or message a keyword, and to add you to my email list if you send me your email address.
• To understand which emails are useful (open and click counts), so I can write better ones.

Who helps me (service providers)

I never sell your personal information. I share it only with trusted services that help me run my business, and only as far as they need it:

• Railway: hosts my website and my email/Instagram tool (servers in the United States and the EU).
• Resend: sends my emails.
• Meta Platforms (Instagram): delivers Instagram messages and comments.
• Calendly: call bookings. Payhip: digital product sales and payments.
• Google Workspace: my email inbox.

How long I keep it

I keep your email-list information until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Contact-form and Instagram messages are kept only as long as needed to help you and for my records. After you unsubscribe I may keep your email address on a suppression list so I don't email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the personal information I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it or to receive a copy of it. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Deleting your data

To unsubscribe from emails, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email. To have all your data deleted, including anything received through Instagram, email info@linajurgile.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include your email address and/or Instagram username. I will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Security

I use reputable providers, encrypted (HTTPS) connections and password-protected systems to keep your information safe. No method is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
